About FOLIA

We’ve been mixing gin and kombucha for years.  It tasted good, felt lighter, and somehow made the next day a little less offensive.

The problem was dragging half a bar cart to every occasion just to make one cocktail.  So we went looking for a ready-made version.  Turns out it didn't exist!

So after talking about it for far too long, we decided to make it ourselves... & FOLIA was born.

Light, smooth and deliberately different.  A modern take on a classic, made for people who want something a little more interesting in their glass.
